Anselmi Farm holiday launched its activity in 2012 and as soon as we discovered this place, it has conquered a special place to our heart.
The Farm is located in the heart of Val di Sole, in a magnificent sunny position, just 1 km far from the town of Malé, where the stunning peaks of the Stelvio National Park and Adamello Brenta frame the view, among a long line of apple orchards.

Terzolas lays on a relevant position to the left of Val di Sole. The centuries describe this small village like a noble families center and few stately building testify its importance until today.

Orchards surround the entire village and fruit tree cultivation is the main source of income for families, as this is the area of the greatest concentration of apple across the valley. Thanks to a sunny weather and soil rich in water, nowadays Terzolas has become an important agricultural center. The abundant apple production is connected to the MELINDA Consortium, whom Anselmi Farm holidays was awarded ambassadors of the famous DOP apples.

The Farm
The modern Farm was built according to the newest criteria of “sustainable building ” recognizing great importance to energy saving. It’s a local restyling project.
Everyone in the family took part in the choice of furniture, lighting, materials, up to the menù that is daily offered to guests. 12 spacious rooms, modern and fully equipped with every comfort and kids facilities, are spread over two floors. Warm, simple, linear. The interior has been designed reflecting the external architecture.
Anselmi Farm offers bed and breakfast service. The buffet is always composed by regional goods that come from Anselmi’s milk, yogurt and the delicious apple juice production. Homemade desserts such as apple pie, strudel, tarts, croissants, cake of frigolotti and carrots enrich guests table. Do not miss the tasty plum and apricots jam, they are really superb and your kids would love it!
In the evening for those who prefer to dine on site, a simple home made supper could be requested.

The Anselmis and their familiar approach to guests. You have complete freedom of action on site, but the owner courtesy and discretion give travelers a trustworthy reference in case of need. And when you travel with kids, this is mandatory.

The love for their job, even for their land, appears in every chat you would be entertained in. Their passion embrace a genuine professionalism, that is recollected in the way they welcome guests.

Breakfast will be served in glazed, bright and sunny on the first floor where the glance sweep over a suggestive perspective embracing the peaks of the Brenta Dolomites, Cima Presanella and Val di Rabbi.

- Nearby activities: diversified sport activities proposed to guests such as meadows walks, hiking in the parks, skiing @Marilleva and Folgarida, excursions with snowshoes during winter or MTB, Nordic walking, rafting along the River Noce @Caldes and horse riding. For a more relaxing holiday guests are invited to visit Val Rabbi Falls and Thun Castel.
